Please click on the buttons below to learn in more detail about the different types of support I currently offer.
I offer both long- or short-term therapeutic support as well as well as on demand peer support sessions. In both of those, we will aim to acknowledge, grasp, and affirm the intricate interplay between various aspects of your identity, your community, and the larger societal and global frameworks that shape your experience in this world, while accounting for different aspects of marginalization and minority stressors.
Therapy sessions will focus on reconnecting with yourself and assist in healing some fundamental wounds you may seek to heal. This can entail exploring the ways in which intergenerational and personal trauma have shaped and continue to exert influence on your overall sense of well-being, and guide you towards reconnection with your Core Self, others, and the beauty around you.
Peer support sessions will focus on short term release of rage, grief, madness, or whatever else may be stuck inside of you and needs to get out. They will aim to guide you towards liberation-oriented solutions and reinstill hope and possibilities to live a liberation-oriented life.
I also offer a Queer and Neurodivergent Joy Group which will aim to be a liberation-oriented community for queers and neurodivergents to reclaim joy and life, to have a safe space to express their unique existence, and to find a sense of belonging within themselves and the community.
