Approach
What do Sessions look like?
In this space, every part of you, every aspect of your identity, and every experience of yours is welcome and taken seriously. With genuine curiosity and compassion, I invite you onto a gentle and transformative journey that can have the power to change how you meet yourself, others, and the world around you. I will show up as the full human I am, with transparency, accountability, and my authentic presence. I aim to encourage a continuously genuine and trusting connection without you needing to "perform" for therapy in any way - you can just be you.
I will not position myself in any way as an authority over your bodymind, but rather follow your story and deeply want to understand your experience and your own expertise of it. I create a consent-based environment in sessions where your own agency is one of the many agents of change. While I guide you gently, you decide the pace that feels safe for you to move in. With a sense of clarity and direction, we we will flow with where attention goes while respecting the wisdom of any expressed boundaries and needs of yours.
The Internal Family Systems approach that I use in sessions offers a clear framework from which to understand and work with our bodymind systems for profound and long-lasting inner transformation. For people who come to work on their relationship, Emotionally Focused Therapy offers a way to regain and maintain closeness and strengthen secure attachment and authentic connection. While IFS is my main approach, I combine both approaches in sessions from a queer-and neurodivergence-affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and community-oriented lens.

Focus Areas
What and Who do I work with?
- trauma (personal, historical, ancestral and intergenerational trauma)
- neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, hypersensitivity, and beyond - neurodivergence has many facets!)
- queerness (gender, sexuality, identity, etc.)
- relationships & attachment wounds (fear of loss, rejection, abandonment, or feelings of inadequacy)
- non-monogamy and relationship anarchy (people who don't want to follow traditional societal relationship norms)
- people who feel deeply affected by what is happening in the world (genocides, ecocide, oppression, the list is endless...)
- people experiencing grief and loss or a fear thereof
- people who have intrusive thoughts about things deemed morally inacceptable
- people who feel dissociated, disconnected, or numb
- activists, organizers, and comrades who are passionate about change but may be burned out, don't know where to start, etc.
- people who feel resistant to internal change, have tried everything, and feel hopeless about therapeutic progress

Please note that I am a privately practising healing facilitator (german: private:r "psychologische:r Berater:in") and do not offer a medical, public, or crisis service. If you desire reimbursement for any sessions from your health insurance, you would need to discuss the possibility of this with your insurers and then independently file for compensation <3
