My Approach
The Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach I use in sessions offers a clear and consent-based framework to understand and work with our bodyminds and the trauma we carry. Unlike many other therapeutic approaches, IFS does not merely put a plaster on your trauma wound - but actually works on creating the safety we need to be with and heal emotional wounds and trauma in long-lasting and transformative ways.
For people who come to work on their relationship, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy offers a way to regain and maintain closeness and strengthen security and authentic connection in relationships. If you deeply care about and want to be with your partner, but the constant cycles you get in are exhausting and make you fear abandonment, shut you down, or cause any other behavior that keep both of you stuck in the same old patterns, EFT can profoundly help you change how you relate to each other.
I practise from a queer-and neurodivergence-affirming, anti-oppressive, and liberation-oriented lens and want to hold space for you to work towards sustainable and deep-rooted changes in ways that feel right for you.

My Focus Areas
- trauma (personal, historical, ancestral / intergenerational trauma)
- neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, hypersensitivity, OCD and beyond - neurodivergence has many facets!)
- queerness (gender, sexuality, identity, and queering your way of existing in this world)
- relationships & attachment wounds (fear of loss, rejection, abandonment, or feelings of inadequacy)
- non-monogamy and relationship anarchy (people who don't want to follow traditional societal relationship norms)
- people who feel deeply affected by what is happening in the world (genocides, ecocide, oppression - polycrisis)
- activists, organizers, and comrades who are passionate about change but may be burned out, overwhelmed, or don't know where to start
- people who feel resistant to internal change, have tried everything, and feel hopeless about therapeutic progress
- people who feel dissociated, disconnected, or numb
- people experiencing grief and loss
In our sessions:
- every part of you, every aspect of your identity, and every experience of yours is welcome and met with genuine curiosity, compassion, and care. Together, we will work towards sustainable changes in ways that feel right for you so that you can build capacity for connection, community, liberation, and doing what you love.
- we create a consent-based environment where your own agency is the agent of change. While I guide you gently, you decide the pace that feels safe for you to move in. With a sense of clarity and direction, we we will flow with where attention goes while respecting the wisdom of your boundaries and needs.
- we will follow your story closely to understand your experience - and your own expertise of it. I will not position myself as an authority over your bodymind.
- you can just be you and come as you are. You do not need to "perform" therapy here. I will show up as the full human I am - and invite you to do the same.
To see if we feel like a good fit working together, you can book a Discovery Session. You can also consult my session fees here. If the prices on my sliding scale are not accessible to you, please check out comrades support.
Please note that I am a privately practising healing facilitator - spaceholder - psychological counsellor (german/deutsch: psychologische Beratung/Prozessbegleitung) and do not offer a licensed psychotherapeutic, medical, public, or crisis service. If you desire reimbursement for any sessions from your health insurance, you would need to discuss the possibility of this with your insurers and then independently file for compensation.
