I root my practise in anti-colonial, anti-capitalist, and radical mental health perspectives, encouraging you to depathologise your experience and affirm the systemic and structural aspects of it. In sessions, I incorporate approaches such as Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My focus areas include trauma, relationships and attachment, queerness, neurodivergence, and consensual non-monogamy. My approach to counselling is liberation, anti-oppression, and community-oriented. The continuous effort to radicalize and decolonize my therapeutic practise is a part of my lifelong liberation practice. 
Support is available in German and English, in person or online. Please contact me for any specific support needs.
Discovery Sessions (45€)
Important! Before starting therapy together, please book a discovery session to see if we are a good fit working together. To schedule an initial session, please register here and book directly. Discovery sessions (50 mins) cost 45 Euros. When booking a discovery session, please provide me with a short description of who you are and what you are looking for in therapy (under "notes"). If we decide to work together, the cost of any further sessions will vary depending on the fee you choose (more info below).  :)

How to choose a Session Fee?

Please consult this wheel of privilege before choosing a fee. If you find yourself in more than 7 categories closest to Power, it is adviced to choose the Supporter Fee. If you find yourself in 5 or more categories closest to power, the Regular Fee is recommended. Please keep in mind that the fee you choose directly impacts the amount of Supported/Reduced Fees I can offer to others in need.

​If you desire reimbursement for any sessions from your health insurance, please discuss the possibility of this with your insurers and then independently file for compensation.
