Beyond Queer TherapyOnline and in-Person Therapy and Peer Support for Everyone
Barcelona & Europe-wide |
Are you queer and think outside of existing binaries? Neurodivergent in a neuro-conforming society? Is your identity targeted for marginalization, forgotten, or not well understood? Do you wanna get therapy or peer support but mainstream approaches to mental health don't get you in your full complexity? Are you looking for anti-colonial, anti-capitalist, and liberation-focused support? Then you might be right here.
The Western mental healthcare system is biased and exclusive in so many ways that I wouldn't even be able to start to name them all. It pathologizes mental health struggles, madness, and resistance when they are a completely normal and sane responses to the colonial and capitalist society we exist in.

System-critical Approach to Healing and Support
I offer a non-jugdemental and accepting environment and want to understand your experience in depth. I use a non-hierarchical approach to therapy and support, and know that you understand your experience best. I will follow your story and use my skills to guide your journey towards healing and feeling supported. We will prioritize your safety and well-being and never push you beyond what feels safe. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, and together will navigate your journey towards healing in a trauma-informed and secure way.
I root my practise in radical mental health perspectives, encouraging you to depathologise your experience and affirm the systemic and structural aspects of it. In sessions, I incorporate approaches such as Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy in both relationship and individual therapy. My focus areas include trauma, relationships and attachment, queerness, neurodivergence, and consensual non-monogamy. My approach to counselling is liberation, anti-oppression, and community-oriented, as well as queer and neurodiversity-affirming. The continuous effort to radicalize and decolonize my therapeutic practise is a part of my lifelong liberation practice.
